Buffalo Fingers

I have a new favorite thing I can cook, this one is for you, Melissa!

Bake 1-2 pounds of breaded chicken tenders, or breasts cut into strips. Save the baking sheet. (I suppose you could also use not breaded chicken to be healthy, but who would want that!?)
To make sauce, mix 1/3 cup soft butter or margerine with 1/4 cup "Louisiana" Style hot sauce, 1/8 cup cool water, 1/8 cup of honey.
Then: Put tenders and sauce in tupperware container or freezer bag and shake it to glaze the chicken in blissfully sweet and spicy goodness.
After 'Saucing' them, put them back on the sheet you baked them on and bake them at whatever temp. you baked the chicken at for about 5 minutes.

Finally, serve the Buffalo Fingers and tell everyone you spent all day cooking them, they might believe you!
